    GENERAL RETURN POLICY

    We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account. You are eligible for a REFUND, CREDIT, or EXCHANGE which are subject to the below terms:

    If the product you have received which turns out to be defective (save for direct warranty products which are discussed below), please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect.

    REFUND POLICY

    CREDIT POLICY

    You are given 14 days to ask for the credit from the date of purchase. Customers are entitled to ask for STORE-CREDIT in exchange to the product

    • Product wasn't used or damaged
    • Product must include original tags (if applicable)

    Product that are on sale or discounted is eligible for Credit

    We offer 100% return to refund that are processed through Credit and are valid within 30 days from the date it was credited to the customer. Unfortunately, Credits can't be used to pay for shipping fees.

    EXCHANGE POLICY

    Product can be exchanged for a different size or color variation, provided that such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for item within 14 days. Exchanges exceeding 14 days will not be processed.

    In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that these following conditions are met:

    You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.

    Your exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.

    In order to process a successful exchange, our team will verify the products with the Order ID mentioned in the original request. If the items sent back do not match the items in the order record - we will be unable to process any exchange, refund, or request for store credit. .
